Anger Management

Anger is not as simple as it seems. It is the top of an iceberg, sitting on the top of many complex and uncomfortable emotions, which can be difficult to express. The feeling of anger is often the frustration of not getting what we want or being unable to express how we feel. It is ok to feel angry everyone gets angry but the way individuals go about expressing anger can be very destructive and negative. Anger can be a good emotion depending on how you use it. Anger tells you that something may not be right or fair. It is important that we learn the best way to express ourselves in positive ways. Learning about anger and learning strategies to harness the feelings and use then constructively is very important life skill.
